- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My insurance only has 2 drs on their network. The first I had already been to (see my review for Sotelo). So I was pretty much in a hard place. When I first called I was turned off!!! Staff is discourteous and unprofessional. I had no choice but to go anyway. Once there, I could see this is a VERY busy office. I have been there 2 times and my wait averages about 25 minutes. I get seen fairly quickly once in, I get out in an hour total. Not too bad for as busy as they are. I saw Dr. Bryan. EXCELLENT doctor. Very thorough. I told him I had already been to another doctor and problem getting worse. He cut a piece of my nail and sent it to lab for correct diagnosis. Waited, got results, given options and now on 90 days of medication. If you go only by their staff you wouldn't step foot in their office. But once you get passed them ITS SO WORTH IT. Too bad these doctors can't find someone friendly to answer their phones and provide great service to their patients, but I guess it is what it is.October 26, 2017by It's _Me
