- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Acceptable for urgent but non-life threatening care when other veterinarians are closed only; a regrettable last resort for life-threatening emergencies after hours. Unhelpful staff. I strongly recommend against allowing them to take your pet into the back without you being present, it is likely they will administer treatments to your animal that will cause the animal stress and worsen its condition. I've never seen a vet try to keep you away from your pet this much, or blatantly disregard information from the owners that would benefit treatment. Don't expect any bedside manner, either. Again, if you must go here after hours, do your best to stay with your pet. If you don't like what you see and have the option to leave or wait it out until better services are open in the morning, do it. I can say that our experience closely matches with many of the other negative reviews posted here. We were able to get out in time; any longer and I fear our poor girl's final memories would have been sheer terror.October 25, 2017by Anthony Lupo
